TINAS TRANSGENDER WORLD

Well after waiting so many years for this day ,i was collected from the baan siri by dr chettawuts driver on that fine febuary morning in bangkok .        We travelled the bustling streets and side roads to a place inbetween a garage and a paint shop and there it was dr chettawuts clinic .       This was a smart modern looking place that was very nice inside .       As i went in i was greeted bye tair and dr chettawut with handshakes ,hugs and beaming smiles .      We took a seat and waited my turn to see the doctor ,and i was given a rough draft of my details and asked to check these .    These would be my perticulars that would be on my srs certificate .                         

I had on a shopping trip decided to get a gift for dr chettawut ,and after all the greetings between us i presented the package to him .     In the box was an oriental landscape that was enclosed in a black laqured case .      The landscape consisted of pine trees and herons ,and was all made from cork bark .     Dr Chettawut seemed very pleased by this and spent a while looking at it .

A  suprise i didant expect .                 Dr Chettawuts staff when visiting me at the hotel after my srs ,had told me that i had some dead skin on my underside wear the surgery had been done ,and i thought this to be only flakeing skin ,but dr chettawut informed me that this was an area of skin that had died down the side of an incision and that he was going to remove this while i was hear today at his clinic .        This caught me on my unawares ,and made me swallow deeply .     Dr chettawut said tina you have to be perfect to go home to the uk ,and i need to do this minor op to make your surgery perfect .               Iwas lead upstairs to a small changing room and told to change into a robe and then come into the back room .    This was a small operating theatre , and i was positioned on the coutch with my legs in the stirrups and given an injection to deaden my underside .      The proceedure probably lasted 20-30 mins and i felt no pain whatso ever .     Asmall amount of skin had been removed and the wound was restitched up .       While in the little room i was given the first doutching ,performed by dr chettawut . and my vagina was also checked out and i was told everything was fine .              It was certainly quite a shock.            The thing that struck me was the care and attention given by dr chettawut and his staff ,he wanted to make sure i was perfect ,and that showed the profesionalism of the good doctor .            After the operation we went back down to his main reception at his clinic and we posed for more photos .
